The district challenge

More data does not always create clearer decisions.

Schools and districts need tools that help students learn, help educators respond, and help leaders understand where implementation and outcomes are moving in the right direction.

🧩

Fragmented tools

Separate systems can make instructional planning, intervention, reporting, and family communication harder to coordinate.

📉

Uneven growth

Leaders need to see where learners, classrooms, grades, and schools are progressing and where support is needed.

Educator capacity

Teachers need actionable insights and usable tools, not another dashboard that creates additional work.

🔍

Implementation visibility

Districts need to understand adoption, training, utilization, integration health, and learner outcomes together.

The Skhillz ecosystem

Built to connect the learner experience to district-level insight.

Every role sees the level of information and control appropriate to their work.

Ask another question
Skhillz is designed as an adaptive learning and instructional-support system. Districts may use it for supplemental learning, intervention, enrichment, tutoring, after-school programming, homeschool partnerships, or other approved instructional models.
The learner’s enrolled school grade remains the official grade shown in the system. Skhillz separately reports demonstrated performance levels in reading, writing, and math and tracks progress toward grade-level expectations and advanced goals.
The platform includes progress monitoring, skill-gap visibility, prerequisite recommendations, intervention planning, learner grouping, and response-to-support tracking. Final district workflows can be configured around local processes.
Supports include blue word-by-word tracking, focus-line mode, reading ruler, adjustable spacing and width, read-aloud support, reduced motion, high contrast, dyslexia-friendly presentation options, and responsive keyboard-accessible layouts.
The architecture supports SSO, rostering, SIS, LMS, CSV/XLSX imports, standards-based exchange, and secure APIs. Specific connectors will be certified and released according to district demand and implementation readiness.
Skhillz uses role-based authorization, tenant isolation, Row Level Security, audit logging, controlled data access, privacy workflows, secure credentials, and operational monitoring. District contracts and implementation plans define final responsibilities and data-processing terms.
Licensing can be structured by learner, school, district, program, or enterprise agreement depending on scope, implementation, integrations, support, training, and reporting requirements.
